| BP to Fund Oil Spill Escrow Fund? Posted: 13 Jun 2010 09:27 PM PDT President Obama wants an escrow fund set up to pay damage claims to people who have lost income or property as a result of the Gulf Oil Spill. BP would be the main contributor to the fund. The President will address the nation on the oil spill at 8:00 eastern time on Tuesday.  |
