Kmart is doubling Health and Beauty coupons all week long! Here are some things to remember:

First make sure your location is participating (mine are!)
Next you need to sign up for the free Shop Your Way rewards card. You will need this in order to be eligible for double coupons!
Kmart is only doubling coupons on Health and Beauty items. They double up to FIVE total coupons per person, per day. You can see an extensive list of participating products here.

Kmart is also running a P&G promotion this week. Buy $35 worth of products and receive a $10 Catalina (a coupon good on your next purchase. It prints at the register.).

How I organize my receipts and rebates

Woo hoo! I have my rebates and receipts organized!

Below is my rebate forms. The numbers indicate the month. 7 is for July, etc. I put all the forms that expire in July in that slot. This makes it easy to access and keeps me aware of how long I have to complete the requirements of the rebate.

Below is where I organize my receipts. I have a slot for each store I normally shop at. I organize the receipts first by store and then by date. (This is easy. Just stick the new ones in the back.) I save all my receipts for at least 3 months, sometimes longer.

This is where I organize my receipts for the NBPR rebates that I do. There is a slot for receipts that contain soda purchases, receipts with soda and meat, receipts with produce, receipts with produce and meat/soda, receipts with beef, receipts with pork, receipts with poultry, receipts with misc meat, etc. Most NBPR are good on meat, soda and produce purchases and it makes it easy on me to keep the receipts separate so they are easy to get to when I find a new rebate.

I’ve been working hard at getting these things organized. I haven’t been really organized since before our trip to Disney. I’ve just made my shopping lists for all the stores (I saved them as drafts in gmail and can pull them up on the iPhone). I’ve got lists made of coupons I need to cut out of the inserts. And now it’s on to the mail in rebates. I have a HUGE box of receipts I have to sort.

I’ll probably declare myself completely organized tomorrow afternoon. LOL!
