| Using LIDAR to Study Landslides in Oregon Posted: 16 Jun 2010 08:48 PM PDT This isn’t “news” but the Oregon Department of Geology and Mineral Industries has an interesting article on “Seeing Landslides With LIDAR” in their Cascadia Newsletter for Fall 2006. The newsletter also has an introductory article titled “Understanding LIDAR” and case studies of how LIDAR was used to map landslides in the Portland area. |
