| Roundup: Sumo Bean Bag Chairs, Dating Websites and Eating Weeds Posted: 27 Jun 2010 07:16 AM PDT A couple years ago Andrew from Sumo Lounge sent us a Sultan SumoSac and one of their Omni Bean Bag Chairs. It turns out that our little buddy Tobey (our beagle) has claimed the Sultan SumoSac, thinking it’s his very own dog bed (one of the largest dog beds every). Fortunately, Sumo added yet another chair to their bean bags lineup and Andrew emailed me to ask if I wanted to try it out. It’s the Sumo Sway and a step up from their previous designs because it has more defined structure that offers support. In addition to a more defined shape, there is a little pocket on the side for you to stick your remotes in, a nice added touch. Finally, I really like the suede material they used for this bag. It’s soft and comfortable, without getting too hot, and seems like it’ll stand up to wear and tear fairly well (just a guess, I’ve only had the bag for a week).  Now, onto the posts of the week: - Bloomberg Businessweek took a crack at the most expensive cities in 2010 and you might be surprised to learn that New York is only 29th. Can you guess number 1? Hint: It’s in Japan. #2 is Scandinavian.

Melanie Berliet pens an article in Vanity Fair about her experiences joining Seeking Arrangement and going on a few dates to see what it was like.
- Weed it and reap, the art of foraging weeds for consumption. Be careful though, as an overdose of pokeweed can be fatal and poisonous hemlock is very very bad for you. An interesting idea for me to read, but I don’t see myself eating weeds anytime soon.

- Here are five habits that can save you big money and improve your overall health too (for four of them anyway). I’m always amazed at people who “tan” themselves, I don’t really get why roasting your skin and increasing your chances of skin cancer makes you a more attractive person.
- Don’t bust the bank filling up your toolbox, learn to frugally stock your toolbox as you need tools so you don’t waste your money on something you won’t need for a while. You can pretty much do anything with a hammer, a pair of pliers, and some duct tape (quack quack!).
- Greece is having a garage sale! Time to buy an island?
- Jeremy shares his guide to finding and working seasonal jobs, which is crucial if you haven’t secured a summer gig yet. If you’re in college or high school, I recommend finding something entertaining and enjoyable that will broaden your horizons more than it’ll pad your resume. You want to look back fondly on these summer jobs.
