It’s interesting to have a look at Google’s history and how the company has grown. Have a think about the following Google statistics: - In 1996, Google has 25 million pages in their search index. Now they have over 40 billion pages in the index. - Google image search has around 1.5 billion images indexed. - Of the global population, 1.8 Billion people use the internet. - Last financial year Google’s operating income with US$8.3 Billion dollars. - The average Google employee creates around $400,000 profit for the company.. ie revenue/ employees. - YouTube only generates revenue from 14% of its video views.
